Privacy notice

This page explains what data we collect when you use the site and what we do with it. In short: we collect the minimum needed to send you the oil, and we give it to nobody for commercial purposes.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect first name, surname, email, phone and shipping address. When you write from the contact form we collect name, email and the text of your message. The cart is stored only in your browser and we never see it.

Why we use it

To handle your order, ship it, issue the tax document and reply to you. Nothing else. We do no profiling and send no advertising you have not asked for.

Who we share it with

The courier who delivers, our accountant for tax obligations and — if you pay by card — Stripe, who handles the payment. Card details never pass through us and are never stored by us.

How long we keep it

Order data for 10 years, because Italian law requires it for tax documents. Contact form messages for 2 years.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking. We only use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and your chosen language: that data stays on your device and never reaches us.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, under Articles 15–22 GDPR. Write to info@oliolerie.com and we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority.
