Products and prices
We sell extra virgin olive oil of our own production. All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order.
How the contract is formed
The order you send is a purchase proposal. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable we tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Payment
You can pay by card through Stripe, by bank transfer or on collection at the farm. With a bank transfer the order is held for 7 days: if the payment does not arrive, it is cancelled at no cost.
Delivery
We deliver by courier to the address given at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and not contractual: a courier delay does not entitle you to cancel, but if something goes wrong we take care of sorting it out.
Dispatch times
Card orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Bank transfer orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the transfer clearing. Delivery takes 24–72 hours in Italy and 3–6 working days in Europe.
Shipping costs
The cost depends on total weight and destination, and is always shown before you confirm the order. With collection at the farm there is nothing to pay.

Packaging
Bottles travel in cartons with protective inserts designed for glass. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and write to us: we replace the goods without argument.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, under the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005). Write to info@oliolerie.com and we'll tell you how to proceed. The return must be intact and sealed: withdrawal cannot be exercised on an opened food product.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If the oil arrives broken, leaking or is not what you ordered, write to us within 14 days with a photograph. We replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
Governing law
Italian law applies to the contract. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
